Registration
Customers can register (email/password) to access their support requests and view corresponding activity with their ongoing tickets. There are two approaches to help you register.
- [New] Support Request
- New support request initiates help center registration. Email will be sent to the corresponding email address provided in your submission
- Complete registration by following the steps included in the email
- Sign-In Page -> Sign Up icon
- Select link and follow prompts to create a password
