Overview

An Access Authorization event is a system-generated event that occurs whenever an entity requests access to Aembit managed Server Workloads. There can be events processed that do not contain Client Workload or Server Workload information. Instead, event information is reporting null values, "workload": { "client": null, "server": null }.

Cause

Agent Proxy registration to Aembit Cloud

Solution

The presence of empty client or server values in Workload events signifies that the Aembit Agent Proxy, responsible for workload identification, is not properly registered and communicating with the Aembit cloud. To resolve this, ensure the Agent Proxy is correctly registered and actively transmitting data. This will enable Aembit to accurately identify and populate the workload information within the event logs.
