- In Help Center, verify you are authenticated into the Help Center portal. If not, please sign-in accordingly
- On the top right-side, you will see a icon 'Support Request'.
- Select a ticket form based on your type of request.
- See Ticket Form section below for additional details to align your request with support.
- Populate all required fields
Severity Levels
Customers should select the severity level that accurately reflects your business impact and operational continuity.
Severity | Descriptor |
Severity-1 | Complete inoperability; Halted usage to mission-critical business operations |
Severity-2 | Degraded service; High impact to business continuity |
Severity-3 | Limited impact; Generally viable usage and functionality |
